A successful project manager should have the ability to manage the team, schedules, and resources in order to achieve a desired outcome within a limited amount of time. This course will teach the technical tools and behavioral skills of project management required in different types or organizations, aiming to introduce the tasks, challenges, and functions of project management. It also seeks to take a practical, hands-on approach; the students will engage in ongoing projects in which they will apply the theories and knowledge from class in practice.
